AdLibbyData Deletion
Effective July 19, 2026
You can have your AdLibby data deleted at any time. Here's exactly how, and exactly what gets deleted.
How to request deletion
- Email support@adlibby.com with the subject “Delete my account” from the email address on your AdLibby account, or
- Include your account email in the message if writing from a different address (we'll verify ownership before deleting).
We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, then send you a final confirmation.
What gets deleted
- Your account (name, email, password hash) and API keys.
- All content you uploaded: product photos, character photos, footage clips, briefs, and brand kits.
- All content generated for you: videos, posters, scripts, per-render artifacts.
- All connected advertising-platform data we hold: OAuth tokens (revoked and deleted), page/ad-account identifiers, and stored performance metrics. Note: the ads and metrics in your Meta or TikTok account itself belong to that platform account and remain there — we only delete AdLibby's copies and access.
- Billing records are retained only as long and as far as required for tax and accounting law, then deleted.
Disconnecting a platform without deleting your account
You can revoke AdLibby's access to a connected Meta or TikTok account at any time — from the dashboard, or from the platform's own settings (Meta: Settings → Business Integrations; TikTok: Ads Manager → connected apps). Disconnecting immediately invalidates the token on our side; email us if you'd also like previously stored metrics removed without a full account deletion.
