Privacy Policy

AdLibby ("AdLibby", "we", "us") generates video advertising creative for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to adlibby.com, the AdLibby dashboard, and the AdLibby API.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, and a hashed password when you create an account.
• Content you provide. Product photos, spokesperson/character photos, footage clips, briefs, scripts, and brand-kit details you upload to generate ads.
• Generated content. The video ads, images, scripts, and related assets AdLibby generates for you, and revision/feedback actions you take on them.
• Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We keep records of your plan, credit balance, and transactions.
• Advertising platform data (when you connect an account). If you connect a Meta or TikTok account, we receive and store: OAuth access tokens; identifiers and names of the Pages, profiles, and ad accounts you select; the ads you choose to publish through AdLibby; and performance metrics for those ads (such as impressions, clicks, video views, and spend) so we can display and analyze them for you.
• Usage data. Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) used for security and to keep the service working.

How we use it

• To generate the ads you request — your uploaded photos, footage, and briefs are sent to the AI providers that power rendering (currently Anthropic, OpenAI, fal.ai, Higgsfield, and ElevenLabs) solely to produce your content.
• To publish ads you explicitly choose to publish to advertising platforms you have connected, and to retrieve those ads' performance metrics to show and explain to you.
• To operate your account: billing, credit accounting, notifications about your renders, and support.
• To improve AdLibby's creative quality, using data in aggregate.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information or your content. Ever.
• We do not share your advertising performance data with other AdLibby customers or any third party; you only ever see metrics for your own ads, and so do we on your behalf.
• We never spend your money. Advertising charges are billed by the platform (Meta, TikTok) directly to the payment method on your ad account. AdLibby publishes only the ads you explicitly approve.
• We do not use platform data (Meta or TikTok data) for any purpose other than providing the service to you, consistent with the Meta Platform Terms and TikTok's Business Products terms.

Where your data lives

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Media you upload and media we generate are stored in private cloud storage; OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. Access is limited to your account (and to AdLibby personnel strictly for support and operations).

Retention & deletion

We keep your content and account data while your account is active so your library keeps working. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time — see our Data Deletion page. Disconnecting a connected ad platform immediately invalidates and deletes the stored token for it. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

Cookies & local storage

The dashboard uses browser local storage to keep you signed in and to hand off in-progress drafts. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on adlibby.com.

Children

AdLibby is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
